We only collect what you choose to send us. The booking form asks for your name, phone number, city or location, and details about your vehicle and the service you want. That form opens a text message on your own device — nothing is stored on this website unless you send it.

If you call or text us directly, we keep your phone number and messages so we can schedule and follow up on your detail.

Your information is used to quote your detail, confirm an appointment, find your location, and contact you about the job. That is it.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We do not send mass texts or emails unless you ask us to.

We sometimes photograph our work for our social media pages. Photos never include your license plate, your address or any personal details. If you would rather your vehicle not be posted, just tell us and we will keep it private.

This website links out to Google, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. Once you follow one of those links, that company’s own privacy policy applies. Reviews you leave on our Google Business Profile are public and controlled by Google.

We keep customer contact details only as long as needed for scheduling, follow-up and normal business records, and we limit access to the owner of the business.

You can ask us at any time to delete your contact information or any photos of your vehicle. Call or text (440) 454-3172 and we will take care of it.
